Laboratory Application Specialist
Imago Medical Systems is a leading distributor of medical and laboratory devices in Azerbaijan. The company represents global brands and provides high-quality products, professional training, and reliable service. We are now looking for motivated Application Specialists to join our growing team in the field of laboratory devices.
Responsibilities:
Conduct user trainings for medical staff and laboratory personnel
Support customers in the effective and accurate use of devices
Perform method verification, calibration, and quality control setup during installations
Deliver remote and on-site application support to resolve customer issues
Collaborate with the technical service team to ensure customer satisfaction
Perform software and firmware upgrades on laboratory devices when required
Prepare training materials, user guides, and workflow recommendations
Participate in demonstrations, product presentations, and clinical evaluations
Monitor customer feedback and report insights to the product and service teams
Ensure proper documentation of installations, trainings, and customer requests
Participate in industry events, workshops, and exhibitions when required
Continuously develop product knowledge and stay updated with new technologies
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering or a related field
English proficiency at B2 level (mandatory)
Work experience is not required, but will be considered an advantage
Strong teamwork skills
Excellent communication with clients
Ability to conduct trainings effectively
Problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities
Time management, adaptability, and willingness to learn
Job Details:
Working hours: Monday–Friday, 09:00–18:00
