Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Finance Director with tasks execution and supervise the finance team
Oversee daily accounting functions, ensuring adherence to legal standards and company policies.
Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections to maintain company liquidity.
Assist team with data collection and entry to ERP system
Forecast cash flows and manage liquidity to ensure financial stability.
Analyze past financial performance to forecast future trends and provide strategic insights.
Scrutinize company spending, identifying opportunities for cost reduction and improved efficiency.
Maintain relationships with bankers, auditors, and tax authorities to ensure smooth operations and clear communication.
Collaborate with external auditors for annual audits and ensure compliance with tax regulations and deadlines.
Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, providing updates on the company’s financial health.
Deliver comprehensive tax services, ensuring timely compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Participate in and monitor their execution, and analyze budget preparation,.
Prepare financial statements such as balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and cash flow statement.
Ensure accurate accounting of financial and production activities and ensure compliance with regulations.
Submit required data for tax inspections and audit processes.
Requirements:
5-10 years of experience in finance with minimum 5 in production company as a manager.
PMS certificate is essential.
Deep understanding of business processes of production company.
Solid understanding of ERP system, SAP experience is preference.
Highly organized and able to prioritize and meet deadlines while being committed to execute routine tasks as well.
Excellent interpersonal communication skills, and ability to solve issues.
Advanced computer user with hands-on experience in Excel and Power BI experience.
Positive work ethic, persisting with challenges until resolved.
Excellent in Azerbaijani and very good in English.
