Build and develop the FBU division: organizational structure, processes, automation, policies, and KPIs.
Team management, including:
attracting and onboarding new FBU sellers;
supporting and account managing existing sellers;
managing warehouse operations and ensuring FBU SLA compliance.
Ensure achievement of GMV targets and operational metrics (inbound deliveries, stock levels, returns, inventory turnover).
Establish and manage cross-functional collaboration with business verticals, logistics, finance, product, and IT teams on all FBU-related matters.
Optimize FBU unit economics: pricing, terms, and seller value propositions.
Drive analytics and reporting for the division’s performance and implement continuous process improvements.
Tələblər
3–5+ years of experience managing operational functions in e-commerce, logistics, or fulfillment.
Strong sales and negotiation skills.
Experience working with P&L or unit economics.
Proven people management experience, including building teams, structures, and processes.
Strong data analysis skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Systemic thinking and the ability to build effective cross-functional collaboration.
