Location: Baku, Azerbaijan | Type: Full-time Role Overview: As a Graphic Designer at Bloom Group, you will take a leading role in shaping the visual language of our clients’ brands. You will be responsible for conceptualizing and delivering high-impact creative solutions, mentoring junior designers, and ensuring design excellence across all projects. This role requires strategic thinking, advanced design skills, and the ability to translate complex ideas into compelling, modern, and brand-driven visuals. Key Responsibilities: Lead the conceptual development and execution of visual ideas for marketing campaigns, brand identities, and large-scale creative projects. Create high-quality digital assets from scratch, including social media visuals, website materials, online ads, presentations, and other digital marketing materials. Design print materials such as outdoor advertising, POSM items, brochures, and event branding, ensuring production-ready quality. Adapt, localize, and upscale global creative materials while maintaining brand consistency and elevating visual impact. Develop sophisticated brand identity systems, including logos, visual guidelines, typography systems, and full brand books. Collaborate closely with Creative, Digital, and Account teams to deliver cohesive and strategic visual solutions. Oversee preparation of final files for production and publishing, ensuring technical accuracy and adherence to brand standards. Participate actively in creative brainstorms, contributing bold ideas and driving innovative solutions. Stay ahead of industry trends, new tools, and best practices to ensure the team’s work remains modern, competitive, and visually compelling. Qualifications: Minimum 4-5 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably within a creative, marketing, or advertising agency. Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects is a strong plus). Familiarity with Figma, Canva, or basic web/UI design principles. A strong, diverse portfolio demonstrating expertise across branding, digital design, print, and campaign visuals. Advanced understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual composition. Ability to manage multiple projects at once, and deliver high-quality work under deadlines. Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to visual excellence. Strong communication skills and ability to present creative ideas clearly. Team-player with a collaborative mindset and openness to feedback. You will be responsible for transforming concepts into engaging animations, crafting cinematic transitions, designing motion assets from scratch, and ensuring consistency across all moving content. This role requires strong creative vision, technical expertise, and a passion for storytelling through motion. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute motion graphics for digital campaigns, brand videos, social media content, and advertising materials. Create animations for logos, typography, graphic elements, transitions, and full video compositions. Produce high-quality explainer videos, promo videos, dynamic social media assets, and motion-based presentations. Work closely with Creative and Art teams to build motion guidelines that support and elevate brand identity systems. Collaborate with Creative, Digital, Account, and Production teams to ensure seamless integration of motion assets into larger campaigns. Edit and assemble video materials including footage, stock content, sound design, and color adjustments when necessary. Adapt and localize global motion templates, ensuring alignment with brand identity and enhancing visual impact. Prepare final motion deliverables in all required formats for publishing across digital platforms. Actively participate in brainstorm sessions, proposing innovative motion ideas and creative approaches. Stay up-to-date with motion design trends, animation techniques, video formats, and industry tools to keep our work fresh and competitive. Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a Motion Designer within a creative, production, or marketing agency. Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro (Cinema 4D or Blender is a strong advantage). Solid knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator for asset creation and animation preparation. Experience in creating both 2D motion graphics and basic 3D animation (preferred). Strong portfolio demonstrating motion design, animation styles, transitions, and storytelling skills. Understanding of timing, pacing, composition, and visual hierarchy in motion. Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines without sacrificing quality. Strong communication skills and ability to clearly present creative concepts. Detail-oriented mindset with commitment to producing polished, professional work.
