Greeting guests upon arrival and departure in a professional and friendly manner Assisting guests with luggage handling (carrying to/from rooms) Escorting guests to their rooms and explaining hotel facilities Providing directions and information about the hotel and nearby attractions Handling guest requests (e.g., taxi service, messages, deliveries) promptly Supporting the Front Office team in ensuring guest satisfaction Maintaining cleanliness and order in lobby and entrance areas

Job Description: Ensure smooth and uninterrupted operation of the company’s IT infrastructure (computers, servers, printers, network equipment) Receive, analyze, and promptly resolve IT-related requests from users Diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware issues Monitor daily performance of network, internet, and internal systems Set up computers, email accounts, and system access for new employees Ensure compliance with information security policies and procedures Maintain and update IT asset inventory Coordinate with external IT service providers when required
