HSE Site Supervisor

Review and interpret mechanical design drawings, specifications, BOQs, and shop drawings for HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, drainage, and mechanical equipment systems. Supervise and coordinate all mechanical installation works on site to ensure proper execution in line with approved designs, technical requirements, and project standards. Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and other disciplines (civil, electrical, architectural, fit out) to ensure technical compatibility and resolve design/site issues. Prepare and update work plans, monitor site progress, and support achieving milestones according to the approved project schedule. Prepare or review shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, and ensure timely preparation of as-built documentation. Monitor installation works and ensure quality, safety, and compliance with project specifications and schedule requirements. Support the procurement process by evaluating the technical compliance of mechanical materials and equipment. Conduct inspections, supervise testing & commissioning, and support system start-up and handover processes. Inspect and verify that delivered mechanical materials and equipment conform to technical and contractual requirements. Participate in design coordination meetings and site progress meetings, providing input on technical issues and solutions. Report progress, delays, clashes, and technical issues and propose corrective or improvement actions when necessary. Prepare and maintain daily logs, progress reports, and other required site documentation for management review. Ensure all mechanical works are executed in accordance with HSE requirements and company safety policies.

Bu rol podratçı, layihə nəzarəti və sahə komandaları ilə sıx əməkdaşlıq edərək irəliləyişi izləyir, gecikmələri müəyyən edir və dəqiq planlama məlumatları əsasında qərarverməni dəstəkləyir. Əsas Öhdəliklər: 1. Layihə Cədvəllərinin Hazırlanması Müqavilə tələblərinə uyğun olaraq layihənin əsas (baseline) cədvəlinin hazırlanması və yenilənməsi. Master cədvələ uyğun detallı həftəlik/aylıq cədvəllərin hazırlanması. Bütün fəaliyyətlərin resurslarla əlaqələndirilməsi və sahə reallığını əks etdirməsi. 2. İrəliləyişin Monitorinqi Gündəlik/həftəlik irəliləyişi izləmək və cədvələ daxil etmək. Podratçı irəliləyiş hesabatlarının dəqiqliyini yoxlamaq. Gecikmə və riskləri müəyyən edərək vaxtında hesabat vermək. 3. Hesabatlılıq Həftəlik/aylıq Planlama Hesabatlarının hazırlanması: Plan / Fakt müqayisəsi Critical Path analizi Gecikmələr və təklif olunan tədbirlər Dashboard və rəhbərliyə təqdimat üçün məlumatların hazırlanması. 4. Gecikmə və Mitigasiya Analizi EOT və gecikmə təsiri üzrə ilkin təhlil. Podratçının bərpa/mitigasiya cədvəllərinin qiymətləndirilməsi. Bütün cədvəl-əsaslı tələblərin sənədləşdirilməsi. 5. Koordinasiya və Kommunikasiya Sahə komandalarından (inzibati, MEP, satınalma, QS və s.) dəqiq məlumat toplamaq. Həftəlik iclaslarda planlama ilə bağlı məlumat vermək. Podratçı ilə cədvəl uyğunluğunu təmin etmək.

Manage and coordinate project cost control and planning activities across assigned projects. Prepare and update project budgets, cost forecasts, and resource-loaded schedules. Conduct cost analysis, tracking actual expenditures against planned budgets and forecasts. Identify and report cost and schedule variances, advising corrective actions to maintain targets. Collaborate with project teams to ensure alignment between cost, schedule, and scope baselines. Review and validate BoQs, material take-offs, and procurement cost comparisons. Participate in progress measurement, productivity analysis, and forecasting of completion costs. Prepare periodic progress and cost reports (daily, weekly, monthly) for management review. Review and evaluate change orders and variation requests for cost and time impact. Support preparation of management reports and presentations for senior management. Guide and mentor junior engineers in cost and planning tasks to ensure accuracy and consistency. Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal procedures, templates, and reporting tools.
